Happy Friday and happy weekend! This weekend we have some more fun plans. I have an 80th birthday celebration for my great aunt and we may be visiting some friends for a Harvest party Saturday night. I have a lot of little projects I want to complete around the house too, so we will be busy busy!
I meant to complete this post last night, but if you watch my IG stories you know that I ended up sleeping in Bennett's bed last night. He has been going through a very needy phase and it's so hard for me to say 'no' when he is crying for me to sleep with him. I have to remind myself that this (like everything else about parenthood) is just a phase and there will come a time I will miss snuggling up with him. I'm trying to give myself some grace and be in the moment instead of wanting him to be more independent. Because as the saying goes, 'babies don't keep'! And he won't be this little for much longer!
