This year felt like it flew by! Anyone else? I wanted to share my top posts and top selling items from 2019. I always love to look at my analytics at the end of the year so see what was the top selling items. And guess what?... Most are from AMAZON of course! Amazon was definitely my top selling retailer with Target and Old Navy being a close second and third.

I have a lot of fun ideas and goals for the blog for the upcoming 2020 year! Thank you all so much for being here, commenting, liking my posts on social media and shopping through my links!

Because as mothers we know, it is HARD to find the time to go shopping for ourselves! I never take the boys with my shopping or to try anything on because I know they will just melt down within minutes! Only a few more days left of 2019! Can you believe it? I hope you all had/are having a wonderful holiday break. Our boys are off school again next week, so I'm starting to scheme some ways to keep us all busy! Next weekend we are taking a weekend trip to Great Wolfe Lodge, so they are so excited for that! 

I wanted to leave you with one last Amazon try on haul before the end of the year. Just in case you have some down time to shop or have some Amazon gift cards to spend! 

This month I found some really cute and cozy sweaters and a few thermal tops that are all perfect for these winter temps. For reference, I'm 5'2" and typically wear a small in tops and a 4/6 or 27 in bottoms. 

First up is this color block sweater. Really great quality for the price, lightweight and soft! Looks a lot longer online than it is in person. I'm wearing a small below. Comes in multiple color options and also solid colors. Less than $20!

Next up is this super cozy cable knit turtleneck sweater. The quality of this sweater is so good and for under $35! Comes in a few other colors and I'm thinking about snagging it in the grey color too. Runs true to size (I'm in a small) and is more of a cropped length making it perfect for a front tuck.

One of my favorites from this order is this oversized, cowl neck checked sweater. It is SO soft and comfy! Comes in a few other color options and is less than $30.

Another favorite from this order is this batwing, slouchy cardigan. I love the detail on this one! Comes in a ton of color options and fit is true to size.

If I had to keep one piece from this order, it would be this leopard print cardigan. It is super soft and cozy! Comes in other leopard print color options, runs true to size and is under $33.

I was drawn to this waffle knit tunic top because it was long enough to wear with leggings and looked so comfy! And it checks both of those boxes! This top comes in a bunch of other colors and is less than $24.

King Of Christmas Flocked Tree

Happy Sunday! I hope you all have had a fun weekend. I, unfortunately, have come down with a terrible cold and had to miss out on a family Christmas gathering. This time of year is always rough with sicknesses! I'm hoping to be on the mend soon since we have a busy week of celebrations ahead of us!

I wanted to share our new flocked faux Christmas tree from King of Christmas with you all because I have been loving it! I got the 7 foot prince flock (unlit) and it is the perfect size for our family room. This tree is beautiful and full! Looks SO real and has not shed as much as some other faux flocked trees I have tried in the past! It was so easy to put up too! 

This year I got some new ornaments and a metal tree collar from Hobby Lobby and went with a more 'farmhouse' feel. I just love all the galvanized metal against the flocked tree! We have also been mixing in some of the red pick up truck carrying the tree theme through out the decor with ornaments, a throw pillow and a few decorative signs. 

The boys have been loving the tree this year! They are so excited to see the presents that Santa has left for them under the tree on Christmas day!

There are so many beautiful faux trees still on sale from King of Christmas! Now is the time to buy one, even if you are just planning to have next for next year! King of Christmas also offers beautiful faux garlands and wreaths!

This year, I am trying to be a bit more intentional with the gifts for the boys. There were some toys we gave them last year that only ended up being played with for about a week and then just ended up adding to the clutter in our play room. This year I am really trying to focus on toys and games that will spark their creativity and imagination. I am trying to hone in on their specific interests and give them gifts that they will continue to be interested in for months to come. There's nothing better than giving a book to a child and seeing their eyes light up about the subject, illustrations and story line. I have made it a point to give the boys books that they will be interested in this year. We are in desperate need of updating their library and donating a lot of our 'baby' books and getting them more preschool age appropriate books. Camden has even started reading, so we are getting him some beginner level reading books as well!

Usborne books are our favorite at the moment. You can shop books by age, reading level, interest or top sellers. Some of our favorites are the 'Shine-a-light' books which are books with hidden messages that only appear when you shine a flash light on them! This would be a fun gift to give along with a flash light. Camden also really loves all the 'Big book of..' books of his favorite interests at the moment which are dinosaurs, space, sea creatures, etc. He also loves the '1001 things to spot' books!
