Engagement Photos Part II // The Bloopers!

So, I have to show you some of the funny shots of our engagement session {with Sarah Gaylor of Love Junkies} because they really give you a feel for just how goofy we are together! I love Bill so much because he enjoys laughing at really stupid things just like me :) Most of the time he is laughing with me...I hope :)

 

 

 So, let me go ahead and explain this one...I am obsessed with the show The Office (the earlier seasons with Michael Scott) and this is a reoccurring joke on the show. I have a problem with saying this line in public after the most random things...sometimes it just doesn't even make sense...This is kind of our inside joke and I had to incorporate it! I was planning on writing our wedding date on one of the chalkboard hearts too, but forgot the chalk :/
 

 

I really don't know what got into us...maybe it was just the awkwardness of trying to act all romantic and serious, but we had a bad case of the giggles this day...

 

 

Seriously, we could not stop giggling...

 

It seemed everyone really liked the Jeni's Ice Cream shop ones, so I'm adding a few in here...

I'm not sure what we were thinking here...I think maybe it was supposed to be cute, but it just turned out funny!

I was instructed to whisper in his ear and what did I say? "I'm hungry...I want a cheeseburger..." Literally, that is what I said. No joke. I'm so romantic!



 

I'll end on a semi-cute one. Although, we both look cross eyed :)

 

I'm actually really happy Sarah captured these silly moments because it really displays our true personalities! Thanks again, Sarah! You are amazing!

Engagement Photos!

Sorry for the delay on these! I meant to post them on Friday, but time slipped away from me as it often does.

 

These were shot in Old Dublin, which is a suburb of Columbus. There are cute little stone and brick shops and restaurants that line the streets and it is the spot where Bill and I had our first date (J. Lui)!

 

It was a bright and sunny day, but kinda chilly so I think I took advantage of all the hugging and cuddling close posses with Bill :)

4 Favs // Engagement Photos Shopping!

SOOOO....I may have splurged on shopping this week...OOPS!! At least I have a good excuse! Bill and I have our engagement photo shoot this weekend! I have been agonizing over what to wear. Of course, the cold weather doesn't help the situation either. I am longing to wear spring-y bright colors and flow-y dresses, but dreading the cold temps and praying it doesn't snow again. I mean, it's almost April and it snowed this week in Columbus! Especially being in all the stores and seeing all the pretty Spring fashions makes me yearn for higher temps... If weather.com is correct, on Saturday the high is 54 and sunny all day! I really hope it is true!

 

Here's what I found during my recent excursion...

 

 

 

 

1 // Found some mint colored denim from Francesca's a few weeks ago and have been trying to figure out what to wear with them. I found this pink colored blouse from Old Navy and the necklace from Francesca's that works perfectly! Definitely one of my photo shoot options...

 

2 // I found this lovely dress and earrings at Francesca's as well! Another option for photos...

 

3 // Target always gets me...I went in for something simple like toothpaste and ended up with make up and a new pair of earrings. I couldn't say no to this elf eye shadow make up book for only $6!

 

4 // How cute is this "love" sweater from Old Navy?! I couldn't say no to love! :)

 

You'll have to stay tuned to see if I do in fact wear any of these options for my engagement session!
