Hi friends! Today I have something fun to share! Taylor from Taken By Taylor Photography reached out to me via Instagram and wanted to set up a photoshoot. She is new to the Columbus area and is working on building her clientele. I felt like it was fait because I have been wanting to find a local photographer to help me out with professional photos for my blog. We set a date and now I have this professional looking blog post with some amazing outfit pictures! We shot three outfits and to be honest, I thought this one would be my least favorite... But, it turned out to be my favorite of all 3! Taylor got some amazing shots for me to use for my social media as well. Now, on to the outfit! One of my favorite fall looks is a comfy pair of distressed black jeans, graphic tee and cardigan. When I put this outfit together, I immediately thought it was too 'edgy'. But, seeing myself in this outfit I realize that it is my true style; comfy, on trend and fun!
Who doesn't love a cozy cardigan for fall? I love this leopard print one so much, I now have it in 3 color ways! Love the grey and black print on this one. It is SO soft too! I wear a small in these and they run a bit oversized.
For me, jeans need to be comfortable and cute at the same time. This pair of pull on black distressed jeans has been one of my most worn pairs since I got them last year. Best part is, they are totally affordable as well! They are also ankle length, so they work perfectly with booties too!
I'm sad to say this particular graphic tee is sold out, but linking to a bunch of similar ones at the bottom of this post. I love the black on black for a more edgy look for fall.
One of my favorite recent trends is the fashion sneakers. I got this pair of Steve Madden sneakers last year and I love them! The pop of red with the laces is what sold me. You could definitely switch out the laces for something more neutral as well if you wanted. I thought for sure this pair would be all sold out, but found them on clearance HERE! These run true to size.
When I want to try out a new trend for the season I usually look to the more affordable retailers first. I never want to spend too much money on trendy items that may not be relevant in a year or two. Walmart has been my go to recently for affordable fashion pieces that are on trend. And guess what? The QUALITY is also so great! I love to order online and either pick up in store OR take advantage of their new 2 day free shipping on most of their items!
There are two trends that I am loving for this fall season. And that is leopard print and color block. For whatever reason, I am always drawn to a leopard print. It seems to be everywhere and on everything this year! And I'm not mad about it. Another trend I am loving is color block sweaters and cardigans. Walmart has so many options for these two trends right now! I'm sharing just a few that I love on this post today.
This long sleeve plush top (listed as a sweatshirt, but it is lightweight) is SO cozy! Of course, I was originally drawn to the leopard print, but this top comes in a lot of other animal print inspired color options. This top runs true to size, I am in a small.
I love the retro feel of this 'chevron shaker' pullover sweater! It is so soft and cozy! Makes me want to head for the ski slopes. Comes in multiples color options and runs true to size (I'm in a small). And by the way, the fit on these high waisted ankle jeans is so good for the price (only $24!)!! Size down in the jeans.
How cute is this super soft color block sweater?! I love the neutral tones of this one, but it also comes in multiple color options. I sized up to a medium in this one for a looser fit. If you like your sweaters more fitted, you could order your true size.
I realize it's been a while since I shared some Amazon finds on the blog! I used to round up my favorites monthly and I will start doing that again because I know you all love a good Amazon find like me!

1.This hat you've probably seen me wear in a lot of my photos. I had bought a darker color (Dark camel) last fall and loved it so much I decided to buy another one in a lighter 'Camel' color. This hat fits perfectly! It's not too big, it's not too small. It's also adjustable inside and has a little belt detail. I just love how adding a hat can complete and elevate any fall outfit!
2. I shared my love for this card holder wallet on stories a few weeks ago and a lot of you loved it too! It is the perfect size to throw in a crossbody bag instead of trying to shove my bigger wallet in there. It holds more than 12 cards!
3. This key ring was another item I shared recently that you guys loved! I of course love the leopard print, but this ring is so handy for being hands free when you're with the kiddos, pushing a shopping card or stroller, etc. You can wear it around your wrist and keep your keys handy when you need them.
4. I have been wearing these $15 ear crawlers on repeat lately! I get a lot of requests to link them when I'm wearing them on IG stories! They are just the perfect everyday earring and go with everything!
5. I was in desperate need of some new hangers and when I saw this set of 50 velvet hangers for just $21 I immediately ordered! I love the velvet hangers so nothing slips off! I bought the 'ivory' color. Hooray for no more mismatched hangers!
6. I just got in this oversized, turtle neck sweater and I am in love with this color for fall! It comes in other neutral colors as well. I am in a small and it definitely fits oversized. perfect to pair with your favorite denim and booties!
7. I also love this v-neck fuzzy knit sweater and it is one of the softest tops I have ever felt! The quality of this one is SO good for the price! I love the maroon stripe color, but also comes in navy and a grey purple stripe as well.
8. How adorable is this high waisted floral print skirt?! I love this floral pattern paired with a simple white/cream cami tucked in with a denim jacket and booties. This would be a great fall family photos outfit too!
9. This waffle knit v-neck topis such a great top to throw on with jeans and go! And apparently I have a thing for this 'rust' color this fall! Comes in a lot of color options and the fit is oversized (I'm in a small).
10. Also ordered and love this floral print dress! The buttons are functional and it cinches at the waist which makes it so flattering. I will say it's slightly sheer, so you may want to wear a slip underneath. But, another great option for family photos!
Even though it still feels like summer, I know that those chilly fall days are right around the corner! I am so ready for sweater weather! I have been keeping my eyes peeled for the cutest most cozy sweaters and clothes for you guys and recently I've found some really cute and cozy items form Walmart! Walmart has been one of my go to retailers for affordable fashion recently and the new arrivals for fall are SO good! I couldn't wait to share some of them with you!

I immediately ordered this chunky knit v neck pullover sweater when I saw it online. It is the classic fall look when you pair it with the dark skinny jeans and cognac booties. This sweater comes in a few other colors and runs true to size (I'm in a small for reference). This outfit would be perfect for family gatherings, the pumpkin patch, thanksgiving or even fall family photos! The sweater runs true to size, I suggest sizing up one in the jeans and the booties run true to size.
Another cozy sweater I am loving are this leopard print knit pullover! Of course I'm loving anything leopard print at the moment! Size up one in this sweater for an oversized fit and to wear with leggings.

This cozy pullover is perfect for those chilly mornings taking the kids to the bus stop or dropping them off at school! Throw it on with leggings and go! I can not believe the quality if this pullover for the price (under $20)! And how cute are these leopard print rain boots?! A good pair of rain boots is a must for fall!

1 | LEGGINGS
One reason Fall is my favorite season is because I get to pull out my most comfortable pair of pants that is acceptable to wear out of the house. That's right, you guessed it...LEGGINGS! It's leggings season friends! And I have found some great tunic length tees, sweaters and sweatshirts that work perfectly with my favorite leggings. THIS PAIR is a great 'dupe' for the Zella leggings and have great quality and are less than $26 with prime shipping. Shop my favorite leggings under $50 below...
2 | BLACK DENIM
I always think of fall when I see black jeans. They go perfectly with the plaid tops, the chunky sweaters and booties! I found the most comfortable pair recently from Old Navy! They are jeggings, so they have the elastic waist band (score!) and the distressing on them is perfect. They have a distressed hem and are slightly shorter making them the perfect length for booties. 3 | PLAID TOP
Plaid is probably the first thing I think of when I think about dressing for fall. A flannel or plaid button down top is a must have in your wardrobe. This plaid tunic button down is so soft and I just love the colors! Linking all of my favorite plaid tops under $50 below...
4 | TUNIC LENGTH SWEATER
This v-neck tunic length sweater is perfect with leggings! It also comes in tall and petite sizes for length. I have this oatmeal color, but it also comes is so many pretty colors for fall! These sweaters can be easily layered with a vest, blanket scarf or jacket.
5 | BOOTIES
Finding a pair of cute booties under $50 can be challenging. However, I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and comfort level of this pair and this pair of booties from Target! Both are under $38 and run true to size. The taupe ones are the perfect neutral shade that will go with everything, but I'm also loving these cognac ones that are perfect to match with all the warm tones for fall.

There are so many adorable new arrivals for fall at Target! I was able to try on a lot when I was in the store, but also found a bunch more online. I wanted to share some of my favorite recent Target finds with you guys before some of the popular items sell out (because they will!)

I'll start with what I was able to try on in the store...

First up. how pretty are these long sleeve boho stye dresses?! Perfect colors for fall and look adorable with booties! Fit for these is true to size. I am in a small in both.

Next, I knew I had to try on these animal print crew neck sweaters. The quality of these is SO good for the price! They are so soft and fit true to size. There is also another leopard print version that I will link below. These sweaters are less than $20!!

I thought these floral blouses were so pretty for fall! These are great because you can dress them up or down. Pair with jeans or dress them up with work pants and heels if you work in a business casual office. Both run true to size. Both are less than $25!

More cozy sweaters that I couldn't resist! Both are SO soft! I love the v neck fit and both run slightly oversized. I'm wearing a small in both sweaters. I personally like the oversized fit. Both are less than $25!

I'm always a sucker for Target's graphic tees! These are usually found in the junior section, so I always size up to e medium in these for a loser fit. I LOVED these cozy cardigans too! The colors are just perfect for fall!
Also, I have to mention that the jeans I'm wearing in this try on came home with me. I LOVE the fit and comfort level of these jeans! They are high waisted, stretchy (but won't lose their shape) and I love the subtle distressing on them. They also have a raw hem at the bottom making it easy if you want to roll up for wearing with booties. The wash is just perfect too! I give these jeans 5 stars!!

One staple item for fall is a plaid top! These are both long enough for leggings, if you size up in the one on the left (I'm in a medium). I am wearing my true size small in the one on the right, this one is true tunic length. I love these plaid tops paired with the 'liquid leggings'. This was my first time trying on these leggings and I have to say I am pretty impressed with the quality since they are only $16!! Such a great 'dupe' for the Spanx faux leather leggings. The main different being that the Spanx leggings are much more of a compression legging and they help wit 'suck you in'. The liquid leggings run true to size (I'm in a small).

Another fun look for fall is a sweater poncho! Target just came out with a bunch of different sweater poncho styles. I love this v neck one and it looks great with a striped long sleeve tee underneath. They only had a M/L in the store, so this one looks a little too big on me, but you get the gist! This outfit would look great with some tall boots as well!

Last, but not least, probably one of my favorite looks! This leopard cami and cardigan came home with me! I love this combo together because you can dress it up or down. Pair the cami and cardigan with work pants and heels or tuck into a skirt for work! This cardigan is perfect for the transitional weather because it is thinner than most other cardigans. Both run true to size I'm in a small in both.

Target also always has the best handbags! I have had this backpack for over a year now and use it all the time.
