Holiday Sparkle with Loft

Can you believe we are less than 2 weeks away from Christmas?! How did this happen?! It feels like we wait so long for the holidays to get here and then when December hits... BOOM! It goes so fast! This week I have been working on finishing up my Christmas shopping and I think I'm finally just about done!

I absolutely LOVE these shimmer chevron leggings! They are the perfect leggings to wear for the holidays and just add something extra to your otherwise ordinary pair of leggings. I paired them with this tunic length v neck sweater which is SO soft! 

These pretty crystal fringe statement earrings add an extra touch of sparkle and fun to the outfit! And my initial necklace is the perfect addition!

Loft Try On | December 2018

Happy Friday, lovelies! I wanted to share this post today because Loft is having their 50% off your purchase event through the weekend (ends Sunday!)!! So, if you're not able to make it into the store, I have some ideas of what to order. They have SO many great sweaters, ponchos and cold weather accessories right now. It's the perfect time to stock up for the season!

I stopped into the Loft at Easton Town Center yesterday and I was so excited to try on all the things! Sweaters and ponchos were on the top of my list now that the temps have dropped to freezing here in Columbus! I always love sweaters from loft because I know they will be high quality and will last through several seasons! There were some really great festive options for the holidays as well!

(Just for reference, I'm 5'2" and typically wearing a XS/S in tops and S/4/27 in bottoms)

Here's what I tried on and loved:

I loved the detail on the sleeves of this sweater! So pretty! (Runs true to size, wearing XS but ordering a small). I am also wearing the Modern Skinny jeans in black, size 27.

This cardigan is SO soft and cozy! I just love the blush pink color too (comes in a few other colors). Runs TTS, wearing small.

I love this plaid blouse! Perfect for the holidays, church or the office! I paired it with this super soft chenille cardigan.

These 2 ponchos were on my list to try on! I am loving this trend and they are both perfect to throw over a long sleeve tee! Both of these ponchos are super soft too! The red and navy plaid one is reversible and perfect for the holidays!

I love the pattern detail on this open front cardigan! Wearing an XS, but could go up to a Small. I'm also wearing the velvet leggings! These leggings are so comfortable and come up higher on the waist with a thicker band which helps to shape the mid section! 

For my tall girls, Loft has a ton of great tunic length sweaters out right now! These are all perfect paired with leggings! 

I love both of these cowl neck sweaters! The one above is a bit thicker with a ribbed texture. Both fit true to size (wearing a small in both)

This outfit was probably my favorite! I loved the fit of this V neck tunic sweater! Pairs perfectly with the velvet leggings and an infinity scarf. (wearing small in both the sweater and leggings)

Last, but not least, how sweet is this cowl neck sweater dress?! It is super soft, not at all itchy! The length is great! I love the button detail on the sleeves too! Runs true to size, I'm wearing a small.

Loft Try On | September 2018

Happy Friday!! I wanted to post the photos of my Loft try on from yesterday because they are still having their 40% off sale today! Typically wear a size XS/S in tops 

And size S/27/4 in bottoms

*I find that Loft runs a little big, so if you are in between sizes, size down!

Let's start with all my favorite cardigans...

This cardigan is SO soft and I'm loving this wine color for fall! (wearing size small) 

I loved this cardigan for the length and I didn't have one this color, so it came home with me! (wearing size small) 

This chenille cardigan was the softest thing ever!! I'm regretting not getting this one now and may order it! (wearing xs here, but I would order a small)

Next up are some of my favorite sweaters...

I'm getting all the fall vibes from this poncho style cowl neck sweater! I love it layered with this striped long sleeve tee! 

I'm also wearing the Loft modern skinny jeans which are SO comfortable and flattering! (wearing xs in the poncho and tee, wearing size 27/4 in the jeans. I would say each of these run a bit big, so if in between sizes, go down one size) 

I love the fringe detailing on this sweater! It looks cute with a front tuck or untucked! Super soft and thick, so would be good for cooler weather. (wearing a size small in this sweater, runs TTS)

Also loving the detailing on this tunic length sweater! It's long enough for me to wear with leggings (I'm 5'2"), but would be cute with skinny jeans too! (wearing a size xs here)

I love the little tie detailing on the sleeves of this sweater! This one was a little more lightweight and would be a good transitional weather sweater! (wearing size small)

I also LOVE these wine colored leggings (that look like jeans!)! They are so comfortable and soft! I They would be great for the upcoming holiday season! I brought this pair home with me! (wearing a 26/4)

This sweatshirt was so cozy! Perfect length for leggings as well! (I'm in an XS, but would probably order a small for a more oversized fit)

Other items I'm loving for fall...

This wrap blouse is so flattering and I love the print! Would be a great top for work and layered under a cardigan! (wearing a small)

Skirts and leather are both on trend for fall, then combine the 2 and you are set! I loved this leather skirt and the cut out detailing! The leather is really soft and comfortable! I'm wearing a size 4, but probably needed a size 2, so I would say size down in this skirt! 

I paired it with this lightweight grey sweater and this plaid infinity scarf! This would be a fun look to take from the office to date night! Just take off the scarf at night and add some statement jewelry and heels!

This tee shirt dress was SO soft and comfortable!! Would be perfect for layering with a denim jacket, cardigan or blanket scarf! (wearing small)

Last, but not least, I just adore this knit blazer with the elbow patches! The color is so pretty in person and would be a great casual or dressy layering piece for fall! (I'm in a size 2 petite, but would probably just order a regular size 2)

I would pair this blazer with this top and these jeans for a business casual look!

While I was in the store I also picked up this pendant locket necklace and this delicate layered necklace. I'm starting to be into more subtle jewelry and I just love the quality of loft's jewelry!
